Laurent Impeduglia (Belgium, 1974) is left-handed and was born on a Friday 13th, just after midnight. Living in Liège, and is a painter. His contemporary paintings are narrative, popular, symbolic and will always include humor and
spirituality. On a dirtied white background, alchimic and theological references are juxtaposed with B movie monsters and super heros. The composition is staged in a colourfull arcade game decorum, and executed from an rough cavalier perspective.

Bienvenue à Bora-Bora.
Laurent Impeduglia (Belgique, 1974) est gaucher et né un vendredi 13, juste après minuit. Il vit à Liège où il est peintre. Ses peintures sont narratives, populaires, symboliques, contemporaines et ne manquent ni de dérision, ni de spiritualité. Sur un fond blanc sali, des références alchimiques et théologiques fréquentent des monstres de série B et des personnages de bande-dessinée. Le tout évoquant le chaos coloré d'un décor de jeu d'arcades en perspective approximativement cavalière.
